Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and halved
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup orange segments or mandarin oranges
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup purple grapes
  • 12-15 wooden skewers

Instructions
 

  • Wash all fruits thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Hull strawberries and cut in half. Cut pineapple into 1-inch chunks. Peel and segment oranges if using fresh.
  • Thread fruits onto skewers in rainbow order: red (strawberries), orange (pineapple), yellow (orange segments), green (green grapes), blue (blueberries), and purple (purple grapes).
  • Arrange completed kabobs on a serving platter.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate covered for up to 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Choose fruits that are ripe but firm to prevent them from falling off the skewers.
